Product Prices
Any customs duties and shipping charges incurred after shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Except for certain products, returns are accepted within 5 days after delivery.

  • Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt.

  • In the case of defects, damages, wrong items, or shipping errors, exchanges or returns are possible.

1. Exchange / Return Period

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery through the inquiry form, including your order details, reason for exchange/return, and a clear description of the issue.

  • For defective products, please attach photos showing the entire item and the defect (including tags if applicable).

  • After contacting us, we will send instructions by email. Please return the item within 5 days of receiving our instructions.

  • Requests made after 5 days from delivery cannot be accepted, regardless of the reason.

  • Returns sent more than 5 days after receiving our instructions will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns / Exchanges

  • Company’s fault (defective item, wrong product, wrong color/size, etc.)

    • We cover both return and reshipping costs.

    • Please return by “cash on delivery (COD),” and we will send the replacement prepaid.

  • Customer’s convenience (wrong size, change of mind, image difference, etc.)

    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

    • Reshipping (for exchanges) will be covered by us.

  • Refunds

    • In case of a defect or company error, a full refund will be issued after we confirm the returned product.

    • Returns due to customer preference (size, image, delayed delivery, ordering mistakes, etc.) are not accepted.

3. Conditions Under Which Returns/Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

  • More than 5 days have passed since delivery.

  • Items with noticeable odor (e.g., PVC/PU leather products may have a stronger smell due to the nature of the material).

  • Tags, labels, or price tags have been removed.

  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned.

  • Items soiled, damaged, or carrying odors (e.g., from smoking) after trying on.

4. Cases Not Considered Defective

  • Buttonholes sewn shut (common in overseas products; can be opened with scissors).

  • Position of prints/patterns differing from sample images due to fabric cutting.

  • Button marker dots (disappear after washing or wiping with water).

Delivery Time
For in stock items, orders will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation, excluding weekend, national holidays, and long holiday periods such as New Year's and Golden Week.
  • Same-day shipping is available only for certain products.

  • During periods of high demand, shipping may be delayed due to made-to-order production.

  • Cancellations due to delays cannot be accepted.

  • No changes, additions, or cancellations can be made after an order is confirmed.
